How it works

1. Cast Time Stretch by paying 8, taking two extra turns after this one.
2. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Progenitor Mimic triggers, creating a token copy of Salvager of Secrets.
3. When the token Salvager of Secrets enters the battlefield, it triggers itself, returning Time Stretch from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This delightful loop turns the upkeep trigger of Progenitor Mimic into an engine for infinite turns, sustained entirely by graveyard recursion. By having Progenitor Mimic copy Salvager of Secrets, every single turn begins with a fresh wave of tokens that immediately trigger Salvager of Secrets' ability to pull Time Stretch straight back out of your graveyard and into your hand. Once Time Stretch is recast, you get two extra turns to continuously repeat the process—locking the table out of the game entirely while you command eternity.
