Time Stretch

How it works

1. Cast Time Stretch by paying 8, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
2. At the beginning of your combat phase, Helm of the Host triggers, creating a token copy of Aberrant Mind Sorcerer with haste.
3. When the Aberrant Mind Sorcerer token enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to roll a d20 and either return Time Stretch from your graveyard to your hand, or put Time Stretch from your graveyard on top of your library.
4. Move to your first extra turn, drawing Time Stretch if it was put on top of your library.
5. Move to your second extra turn.
6. Repeat.

This dazzling loop chains together massive time magic by locking down infinite turns using Helm of the Host to continually duplicate Aberrant Mind Sorcerer as combat begins. Each time the newly minted token enters the battlefield, its Psionic Spells ability triggers to let you roll a d20, retrieving your freshly cast Time Stretch either directly to your hand or onto your library to be drawn on your next extra turn. Because Helm of the Host creates a fresh nonlegendary token every single turn cycle, you can keep recurring and casting Time Stretch indefinitely to dominate the game.
