How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Time Stretch by paying its mana cost, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
3. Move to your first extra turn.
4. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
5. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Ardent Elementalist.
6. When Ardent Elementalist and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
7. Resolve the Ardent Elementalist trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
8. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Time Stretch from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
9. Move to your next turn, drawing Time Stretch during your draw step.
10. Repeat.

This ingenious loop takes absolute control of the game by chaining infinite turns, fueled entirely by recycling your own graveyard. You start by casting Time Stretch to seize consecutive turns, and then use Ghostly Flicker to repeatedly exile and return both Ardent Elementalist and Mystic Sanctuary. Whenever Ardent Elementalist re-enters the battlefield, its triggered ability plucks Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard, while Mystic Sanctuary's static entry condition and triggered ability team up to seamlessly place Time Stretch back on top of your library just in time to draw it.
