How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Time Stretch by paying its mana cost, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
3. Move to your first extra turn.
4. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
5. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Timeless Witness.
6. When Timeless Witness and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
7. Resolve the Timeless Witness trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
8. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Time Stretch from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
9. Move to your next turn, drawing Time Stretch during your draw step.
10. Repeat.

This fascinating loop uses Ghostly Flicker to endlessly recycle your resources, turning a single cast of Time Stretch into an infinite sequence of extra turns. The engine relies on Mystic Sanctuary entering untapped to continuously place Time Stretch right back on top of your library, ensuring you always draw it on your next turn.
