How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Time Stretch by paying its mana cost, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
3. Move to your first extra turn.
4. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
5. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Damage Control Crew.
6. When Damage Control Crew and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
7. Resolve the Damage Control Crew trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
8. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Time Stretch from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
9. Move to your second extra turn, drawing Time Stretch during your draw step.
10. Repeat.

This loop takes total control of the game by chaining endless extra turns using Ghostly Flicker to endlessly reset your battlefield. Each cycle is fueled by the blue mana from Mystic Sanctuary, which cleverly sets up your draws by returning Time Stretch from the graveyard right back to the top of your library. Meanwhile, Damage Control Crew pulls double duty—not only does its entry trigger let you buy back Ghostly Flicker for the next iteration, but its modal design can also leverage its Repair ability to rescue other heavy-hitting spells if needed.
