How it works

1. Cast Time Stretch by paying 8, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
2. Time Stretch is put on the bottom of your library instead of into your graveyard due to Wheel of Sun and Moon.
3. Move to your first extra turn, drawing Time Stretch from the bottom of your library during your draw step due to River Song.
4. Move to your second extra turn.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop relies on a brilliant rules interaction between River Song: Meet in Reverse and Wheel of Sun and Moon to endlessly recycle your most powerful spells.
