How it works
- Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least 4.
- Cast Saheeli's Artistry by paying 4, creating a token copy of Palinchron that is an artifact.
- When the Palinchron token enters, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
- Cast Skullwinder by paying its mana cost.
- When Skullwinder enters, it triggers, returning Saheeli's Artistry from your graveyard to your hand.
- Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least 4.
- Cast Saheeli's Artistry by paying 4, creating a token copy of Skullwinder and the Palinchron token.
- When the Skullwinder and Palinchron tokens enter, they trigger.
- Resolve the Skullwinder token's trigger, returning Saheeli's Artistry from your graveyard to your hand.
- Resolve the Palinchron token's trigger, untapping up to seven lands.
- Repeat from step 6.
This clever loop uses the land-untapping power of Palinchron to fuel our engine, but it gets truly wild once Saheeli's Artistry joins the party. By copying Palinchron as an artifact, you generate enough mana to keep casting your spell while continually recycling your graveyard with Skullwinder's enter-the-battlefield ability. With each iteration, Saheeli's Artistry builds you an expanding army of artifact-creatures that snowball your resources out of control.
