How it works

1. Activate Yahenni by sacrificing Matter Reshaper
2. When Matter Reshaper dies, it and Mortuary trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Matter Reshaper from your graveyard onto the top of your library
4. Resolve the Matter Reshaper trigger, revealing Matter Reshaper from the top of your library and putting it onto the battlefield.
5. Resolve the Yahenni ability.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Yahenni, Undying Partisan into an endless sacrifice engine by weaponizing Mortuary to catch Matter Reshaper the moment it hits the graveyard. Because Mortuary redirects the dying creature straight back to the top of your library, Matter Reshaper's own death trigger instantly reveals it and puts it right back onto the battlefield. This self-sustaining cycle lets you repeatedly sacrifice the same creature to fuel endless enters-the-battlefield, leaves-the-battlefield, and death triggers while growing Yahenni's power with every iteration.
