How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Matter Reshaper
2. When Matter Reshaper dies, it and Mortuary trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Matter Reshaper from your graveyard onto the top of your library
4. Resolve the Matter Reshaper trigger, revealing Matter Reshaper from the top of your library and putting it onto the battlefield.
5. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
6. Repeat.

This loop creates an infinite engine by feeding Matter Reshaper directly to Phantom Train's sacrifice ability, turning each iteration into a cascade of triggers. As Matter Reshaper hits the graveyard, Mortuary quietly intercepts it, ensuring that the exact same creature card is placed right back on top of your library. From there, Matter Reshaper's own death trigger reveals it and puts it right back onto the battlefield, ready to be sacrificed all over again to pump Phantom Train with endless +1/+1 counters.
