How it works

1. Announce the activation of Chromatic Star's second ability.
2. During this activation, activate Krark-Clan Ironworks twice by sacrificing Thran Dynamo and Myr Retriever, adding CCCC.
3. Continue activating and resolving the Chromatic Star ability, paying 1, tapping it, and sacrificing it, adding 1.
4. Scrap Trawler triggers twice, Myr Retriever triggers once, and Chromatic Star triggers once.
5. Resolve the Chromatic Star trigger, drawing a card.
6. Resolve the Scrap Trawler trigger from Myr Retriever, returning Chromatic Star from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Resolve the Scrap Trawler trigger from Thran Dynamo, returning Myr Retriever from your graveyard to your hand.
8. Resolve the Myr Retriever trigger, returning Thran Dynamo from your graveyard to your hand.
9. Cast Chromatic Star by paying 1.
10. Cast Myr Retriever by paying 2.
11. Cast Thran Dynamo by paying 4.
12. Repeat.
