How it works

  1. Activate Rith's Attendant by paying 1 and sacrificing it.
  2. When Rith's Attendant dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
  3. Repeat.

This loop relies on a clever interplay of cost reduction, replacement effects, and recursion to generate infinite mana and triggers. While Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight sits on the battlefield granting your creatures convoke and eventually handing out persist on its reverse side, the true engine is fueled by Vizier of Remedies, which acts as a shield by reducing any incoming -1/-1 counters on your creatures by one. Because Vizier of Remedies prevents the -1/-1 counter from ever landing when Rith's Attendant returns via its newly acquired persist ability, Rith's Attendant comes back fresh and ready to be sacrificed to its own ability again. With Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight holding down the fort, you can cycle Rith's Attendant infinitely to churn out infinite red, green, and white mana alongside an endless storm of entry, leave-the-battlefield, death, and sacrifice triggers.
