4. Resolve the Lesser Masticore trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with no -1/-1 counters on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
5. Resolve the Scrapyard Recombiner ability, causing you to search your library for a Construct card and put it into your hand.
6. Repeat.

This loop turns the mechanical quirk of Lesser Masticore's persist ability into a perpetual motion machine by leaning on Vizier of Remedies, whose replacement effect ensures that the -1/-1 counter never actually sticks to the Masticore when it returns.
