How it works

1. Activate The Golden Throne by tapping it and sacrificing Lesser Masticore, adding three mana of any color(s).
2. When Lesser Masticore dies, its persist ability and Dross Scorpion trigger.
3. Resolve the Dross Scorpion trigger, untapping The Golden Throne.
4. Resolve the Lesser Masticore trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with no -1/-1 counters on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns Lesser Masticore into a recurring sacrifice engine by exploiting the replacement effect of Vizier of Remedies, which prevents the persist mechanic from accumulating -1/-1 counters on the creature when it returns. Each time Lesser Masticore is sacrificed to The Golden Throne, Dross Scorpion triggers off its death as an artifact creature, neatly untapping the Throne so you can repeat the process indefinitely.
