How it works

1. Activate Throne of Geth by tapping it and sacrificing Lesser Masticore.
2. When Lesser Masticore dies, its persist ability and Dross Scorpion trigger.
3. Resolve the Dross Scorpion trigger, untapping Throne of Geth.
4. Resolve the Lesser Masticore trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with no -1/-1 counters on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
5. Resolve the Throne of Geth ability, causing you to proliferate.
6. Repeat.

This elegant loop relies on Lesser Masticore dying and returning repeatedly, fueled by the artifact sacrifice outlet Throne of Geth. Each time Lesser Masticore hits the graveyard, Dross Scorpion triggers to untap Throne of Geth so you can keep sacrificing the Masticore anew. Ordinarily, persist would eventually place a fatal -1/-1 counter on Lesser Masticore, but Vizier of Remedies steps in to intercept that counter entirely, allowing the Masticore to return completely fresh every single time.
