How it works

1. Activate Extruder by sacrificing it.
2. When Extruder dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
3. Resolve the Extruder ability.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Isilu, Carrier of Twilight—the backside of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn—to grant persist to your non-token creatures, while Vizier of Remedies cleverly mitigates the -1/-1 counters that would normally shut persist down. With that safety net in place, Extruder can be repeatedly sacrificed to its own ability, triggering its newly gained persist to return cleanly to the battlefield. Because Vizier of Remedies reduces the incoming counter to zero, Extruder suffers no penalty and can be sacrificed over and over again, generating an endless stream of deaths, enters-the-battlefield triggers, and a mountain of infinite +1/+1 counters to crush your opponents.
