How it works

1. Activate Goblin Chirurgeon by sacrificing Scuzzback Marauders
2. When Scuzzback Marauders dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
3. Resolve the Goblin Chirurgeon ability.
4. Repeat.
