How it works

1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing it.
2. When Carrion Feeder dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
3. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight's twilight face into a perpetual engine by granting persist to Carrion Feeder, allowing it to keep cheating death. Normally, that persist return would saddle Carrion Feeder with a -1/-1 counter and shut down the cycle, but Vizier of Remedies steps in to completely cancel out those counters as they are placed. With the counter prevention safely in effect, you can freely sacrifice Carrion Feeder to itself over and over again, generating an endless stream of entries, leaves, deaths, and sacrifices.
