This clever loop turns Phantom Train into a relentless engine by utilizing Safehold Elite as recurring sacrifice fodder. Normally, the persistent return of Safehold Elite would be halted after a single iteration by the -1/+1 counter it acquires, but Vizier of Remedies steps in as a brilliant mitigation piece, reducing that counter placement to zero and allowing the Elite to return completely pristine every single time. With the sacrifice cost continuously met, Phantom Train feeds on this endless cycle to grow infinitely large with +1/+1 counters while generating an unlimited stream of sacrifice, death, and enter-the-battlefield triggers.
