How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Puppeteer Clique.
2. When Puppeteer Clique dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
3. When Puppeteer Clique enters, it triggers, allowing you to put a creature card from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
4. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop lets you strip the graveyards clean by weaponizing Puppeteer Clique's persist mechanic alongside Phantom Train's sacrifice outlet. Normally, persist would leave Puppeteer Clique permanently benched with a -1/-1 counter, but Vizier of Remedies steps in to suppress that penalty entirely, allowing the Clique to return fresh and ready to trigger its enter-the-battlefield ability over and over again. As an added bonus, sacrificing the Clique to Phantom Train lets you pump infinite +1/+1 counters onto the Vehicle itself while stealing every creature card from your opponents' graveyards.
