How it works

1. Activate Yahenni by sacrificing Persistent Constrictor.
2. When Persistent Constrictor dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
3. Resolve the Yahenni ability
4. Repeat.

This clever engine lets you sacrifice Persistent Constrictor to Yahenni, Undying Partisan over and over again for an endless stream of death triggers and sacrifice events. The real magic happens courtesy of Vizier of Remedies, whose replacement effect ensures that when Persistent Constrictor returns via persist, the -1/-1 counter that would normally cripple the loop is entirely prevented. This allows the Constrictor to die repeatedly without accumulating counters, feeding Yahenni infinitely while setting the stage for whatever secondary payoffs you need to close out the game.
