How it works

1. Activate Myr Scrapling by sacrificing it.
2. When Myr Scrapling dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
3. Resolve the Myr Scrapling ability.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on the seamless synergy between Isilu, Carrier of Twilight (the back face of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn) and Vizier of Remedies to completely negate the downside of persist. Ordinarily, creatures returning with a -1/-1 counter would soon burn out, but Vizier of Remedies reduces that counter placement to zero, allowing Myr Scrapling to trigger its own persist endlessly while also utilizing its sacrifice ability to continuously pile +1/+1 counters onto your board.
