How it works

1. Activate Woe Strider by sacrificing Woodfall Primus.
2. When Woodfall Primus dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
3. When Woodfall Primus enters, it triggers, destroying a noncreature permanent.
4. Resolve the Woe Strider ability.
5. Repeat.

This devastating loop centers around Woodfall Primus, which enters the battlefield to systematically strip away every noncreature permanent your opponents control. When you feed the Primus to Woe Strider's sacrifice ability, its persist trigger would normally brand it with a -1/-1 counter and shut down the recursion, but Vizier of Remedies steps in as a brilliant enabler to continuously reduce that counter placement to zero. This allows Woodfall Primus to keep returning to the battlefield over and over again, fueling Woe Strider's repeatable scry while dismantling the board piece by piece.
