How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield on top of your library.
2. Activate the mana-producing artifact or creature by tapping it, adding at least 1.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking the mana-producing artifact or creature.
5. Repeat.

This brilliant loop turns your library into your hand by leveraging Mystic Forge's static ability to let you endlessly recast Sensei's Divining Top right from the top of your deck. Every time you cast that artifact, Displacer Kitten's Avoidance ability triggers to blink a mana source that pays for the next cast. Meanwhile, Sensei's Divining Top's own tapping ability lets you draw a card before returning itself safely to your library to repeat the cycle, yielding infinite card draw, infinite draw triggers, and a near-infinite storm count.
