How it works
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.

By naming Sensei's Divining Top for Council of the Absolute, you eliminate its mana cost entirely, allowing you to cast it for free directly off the top of your library. Mystic Forge provides the crucial engine infrastructure, letting you both look at your library's top card and recast Sensei's Divining Top from exile or the top depending on the stack, though here it specifically enables casting your top artifact straight from the library deck-top. Tapping Sensei's Divining Top draws you a card and puts it back on top of your library, where Mystic Forge lets you cast it again for zero mana thanks to Council of the Absolute's cost reduction. Looping this interaction endlessly generates infinite draw triggers, infinite card draw, and a near-infinite storm count.
