How it works

1. Declare Cheering Fanatic as an attacker. When it triggers, choose to name "Sensei's Divining Top".
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop relies on the cost-reduction power of Cheering Fanatic, which you target by naming "Sensei's Divining Top" during your attack declaration to make casting the top completely free. With Mystic Forge granting you the ability to cast artifact spells directly from the top of your library, you can continuously tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card while placing itself right back onto the library. Because the top now costs zero mana to cast, Mystic Forge lets you play it again immediately, feeding an endless cycle that generates infinite card draw, infinite draw triggers, and a near-infinite storm count.
