How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
5. Repeat.

This fascinating engine relies on Mystic Forge and Elven Chorus working together to turn the top of your library into a castable hand of artifacts and creatures, while giving you the green mana to pay for them via the tapped creatures you control tapping for any color. With that infrastructure in place, you can cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library, tap it to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library, and then use the mana generated by Traxos, Scourge of Kroog to recast it. Because Sensei's Divining Top is an artifact, casting it triggers Traxos to untap itself, resetting your active mana source and allowing you to repeat this loop endlessly for infinite card draw and storm count.
