How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Mystic Forge to let you cast artifact spells straight off the top of your library while filtering away unwanted cards by paying life to exile them. To fuel those casts, Utopia Vow transforms Traxos, Scourge of Kroog from a dormant combat threat into a reliable mana source that taps for any color. Whenever you cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library, Traxos's ability triggers because the Top is historic, untapping the behemoth so you can tap it again for the mana needed to repeat the process. Finally, Sensei's Divining Top does the rest of the heavy lifting by drawing a card and placing itself right back on top of your library, setting up the engine to run over and over again.
