How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat

This clever loop turns your library into an endless engine by leveraging Mystic Forge, which lets you cast artifact spells directly from the top of your library without needing to draw them first. Normally, Sensei's Divining Top would cost {1} to cast, but Cemetery Prowler quietly makes it completely free by reducing its cost through the artifact card type shared with an exiled card. Once the Top is free, you simply tap it to draw a card and place it back on top of your library, cast it immediately off the top with Mystic Forge's permission, and repeat the cycle for infinite card draw and storm count.
