How it works

This engine lets you draw your entire deck by exploiting the unique interaction between the top of your library and the stack. Mystic Forge is the cornerstone here, granting you the crucial ability to both look at the top card of your library and cast artifact spells directly from it. Meanwhile, Stenn, Paranoid Partisan quietly pulls its weight by naming "artifact" for its static ability, reducing the cost of artifact spells you cast by {1} to make Sensei's Divining Top free to cast. With that cost reduction in place, you simply tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library, then immediately cast it again from the top of your library using Mystic Forge to repeat the loop indefinitely for infinite card draw and storm count.
