How it works

1. Activate Poison Dart Frog's first ability by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Valley Floodcaller triggers, giving Birds, Otters, Frogs and Rats you control +1/+1 until end of turn and untapping them.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns a simple artifact and a humble amphibian into an unstoppable engine by leveraging the top-deck manipulation of Sensei's Divining Top and the mana-producing capabilities of Poison Dart Frog. As you repeatedly tap the Frog for mana and cast the Top directly from the top of your library, Mystic Forge provides the crucial top-card vision and permission to cast that artifact right back from exile or your library's peak. Meanwhile, Valley Floodcaller acts as the linchpin that untaps your creatures every time a noncreature spell is cast, allowing the Frog to refresh its mana ability and fueling an endless cycle of card draw, storm count, and massive power boosts.
