How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat

This elegant engine turns a familiar artifact loop into a high-speed machine, anchored by Mystic Forge allowing you to cast artifact spells directly from the top of your library. As you continuously tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it back onto your library, you can immediately replay it for its normal cost of {1}. The real power of this setup comes alive with Samut, the Driving Force, whose passive ability reduces the cost of noncreature spells by your speed; once your speed is at least 1, that cost reduction drops Sensei's Divining Top's mana requirement to {0}. This creates a self-sustaining loop that generates infinite card draw and a near-infinite storm count without ever running out of resources.
