How it works

1. Activate Woe Strider by sacrificing Body Launderer.
2. When Body Launderer dies, its second ability triggers, returning Grist, Voracious Larva from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. When Grist, Voracious Larva enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to pay to exile it and return it to the battlefield as Grist, the Plague Swarm with six loyalty counters due to Vorinclex.
4. Resolve the Woe Strider ability, causing you to scry 1.
5. Activate Grist, the Plague Swarm's third loyalty ability by removing six loyalty counters from it.
6. Grist, the Plague Swarm is put into your graveyard as a state-based action due to having zero loyalty.
7. Resolve the Grist, the Plague Swarm ability, creating a token copy of each creature card in your graveyard that is a 1/1 Insect.
8. When the Grist, Voracious Larva and Hidden Herbalist tokens enter the battlefield, the Hidden Herbalist token triggers once and the Grist, Voracious Larva token triggers for each token created this way.
9. Resolve all Grist, Voracious Larva triggers, choosing not to pay.
10. Resolve the Hidden Herbalist trigger, adding .
11. Activate Woe Strider by sacrificing the Grist, Voracious Larva token, causing you to scry 1.
12. Repeat from step 1, sacrificing a Body Launderer token instead.

This intricate loop turns your graveyard into a factory for an overwhelming swarm of insects by chaining continuous sacrifices and recursive returns. It all begins when Woe Strider sacrifices Body Launderer, whose death triggers its ability to pull Grist, Voracious Larva straight out of your graveyard. As Grist enters, its own trigger lets you pay {G} to transform it, while Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider doubles its starting loyalty to six—just enough to immediately fire off Grist, the Plague Swarm's devastating ultimate ability. That ultimate fills your board with 1/1 token copies of every creature card in your graveyard, including fresh copies of Hidden Herbalists that generate extra green mana via Revolt and additional Grist, Voracious Larvas. By looping Woe Strider to feed these fresh bodies back into the graveyard, you continually recycle your threats to repeat the entire explosive sequence.
