How it works

1. Activate Woe Strider by sacrificing Rograkh.
2. When Rograkh dies, Mortuary and Remembrance trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Rograkh from your graveyard on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Remembrance trigger, searching your library for Rograkh and putting it into your hand.
5. Resolve the Woe Strider ability, causing you to scry 1.
6. Cast Rograkh by paying 0.
7. Repeat.
