How it works

1. Cast Dark Sphere by paying its mana cost.
2. Teshar triggers, returning Scrap Trawler from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. Activate Dark Sphere by tapping and sacrificing it.
4. Activate Woe Strider by sacrificing Scrap Trawler.
5. When Scrap Trawler dies, it triggers, returning Dark Sphere from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Resolve the Woe Strider ability.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle as a historic anchor that continuously resurrects Scrap Trawler whenever you recast a cheap artifact. To keep the engine running, Woe Strider provides a reliable sacrifice outlet while also fueling the battlefield with an initial Goat token. As you sacrifice Scrap Trawler to the Strider, its triggered ability lets you fish Dark Sphere back from your graveyard right into your hand. Recasting that zero-mana Dark Sphere triggers Teshar all over again, letting you loop the Sphere and the Trawler indefinitely for infinite artifacts, sacrifices, and scrys.
