How it works

1. Activate Cormela by paying 1 and tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast instant or sorcery spells.
2. Cast Demonic Gifts by paying 1, targeting Cormela.
3. Activate Woe Strider by sacrificing Cormela.
4. When Cormela dies, it triggers twice and Scion of Opulence triggers once.
5. Resolve the Scion of Opulence trigger, creating a Treasure artifact token.
6. Resolve the first Cormela trigger, returning Cormela from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Resolve the second Cormela trigger, returning Demonic Gifts from your graveyard to your hand.
8. Resolve the Woe Strider ability from step 3.
9. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
10. Repeat.
