How it works
- Cast Technomancer by paying 5.
- When Technomancer enters, it triggers, causing you to mill three cards and return Phyrexian Metamorph from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Technomancer.
- When Phyrexian Metamorph enters, it triggers. Holding priority, activate Woe Strider by sacrificing Phyrexian Metamorph.
- Resolve the Phyrexian Metamorph trigger, causing you to mill three cards and return Phyrexian Metamorph from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Technomancer.
- Repeat from step 3.
This cunning loop transforms the battlefield into an infinite engine by leveraging a clever clone interaction. When you cast Technomancer, its entry trigger resurrects Phyrexian Metamorph from your graveyard, allowing it to enter as a copy of the original Technomancer. Before that copy's entry trigger can resolve, you sacrifice the newly arrived Metamorph to Woe Strider's sacrifice ability to feed the graveyard, setting up an endless recursion loop that mills your library and triggers limitless artifact and creature deaths.
