This clever loop relies on Solemnity to completely bypass the downside of Leonardo, Sewer Samurai, whose static ability lets you cast 1-power or 1-toughness creatures like Kobolds of Kher Keep directly from your graveyard. Normally, Leonardo would place a finality counter on the Kobolds as they enter, exiling them upon death, but Solemnity's preventative enchantment effect stops those counters from ever being placed. With the Kobolds returning freely for zero mana, you can feed them repeatedly to Woe Strider's sacrifice ability to churn through your deck with infinite scry triggers while generating an endless stream of leaves-the-battlefield, enters-the-battlefield, and death events.
