How it works

1. Cast Chain of Acid by paying 3, targeting an indestructible noncreature permanent you control.
2. Leonin Lightscribe triggers, giving creatures you control +1/+1 until end of turn.
3. Resolve Chain of Acid, destroying nothing and causing you to copy Chain of Acid, targeting an indestructible noncreature permanent you control.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This clever interaction lets you pump your entire team into colossal threats by repeatedly triggering magecraft off a single spell. When you cast Chain of Acid targeting an indestructible noncreature permanent you control, the spell resolves without actually destroying its target, but it still forces the copy mechanism to trigger. Each time that loop happens, Leonin Lightscribe notices the copied spell and generously grants your creatures a stacking +1/+1 boost until end of turn. By repeatedly copying the spell onto your own safe target, you can cycle the process as many times as you like to amass infinitely large creatures for a decisive strike.
