How it works

1. Draw a card.
2. When you draw a card, Niv-Mizzet triggers, dealing 1 damage to you.
3. Vilis triggers, causing you to draw a card.
4. Repeat from step 2 until you have 5 life.
5. In response to the next trigger, cast Courageous Resolve by paying 2, giving a creature you control protection from your opponents until end of turn, drawing a card, and preventing yourself from losing the game this turn.
6. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until your library is empty.
