How it works
Activate Grimgrin's ability from Citanul Hierophants by tapping Grimgrin, adding one mana.
Activate Grimgrin by sacrificing the creature castable for one mana, untapping Grimgrin and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
When that creature dies, Blight Mound triggers, creating a creature token or a token that adds mana.
If you created a creature token, repeat steps 1 and 2 to sacrifice that token and add an additional mana.
If you created a token that adds mana, instead activate that token to add mana.
Activate Havengul Lich by paying 1, allowing you to cast the sacrificed creature from your graveyard this turn.
Cast that creature from your graveyard by paying one mana.
Repeat.
This loop turns your graveyard into an engine of relentless growth, anchored by Grimgrin, Corpse-Born as both the sacrificial outlet and the mana source once Citanul Hierophants grants every creature the ability to tap for green mana. By paying the activation cost with Havengul Lich, you can repeatedly cast a creature card right back out of your graveyard, fueling continuous sacrifices. Blight Mound ensures that every time your nontoken creatures hit the graveyard, you are instantly rewarded with Pest tokens to keep the loop going. The result is a compounding cascade of benefits, generating infinite +1/+1 counters, sacrifice triggers, and lifegain.
