How it works
Activate Grimgrin's ability from Esika by tapping Grimgrin, adding one mana.
Activate Grimgrin by sacrificing the creature castable for one mana, untapping Grimgrin and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
Activate Grimgrin's ability from Esika by tapping Grimgrin, adding one mana.
Activate Havengul Lich by paying 1, allowing you to cast the creature castable for one mana from your graveyard this turn.
Cast that creature spell from your graveyard by paying it mana cost.
When you cast that creature or when it enters, Molten Echoes triggers, creating a creature token.
Activate Grimgrin by sacrificing the creature token, untapping Grimgrin and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
Repeat.
This clever loop turns graveyard recursion into an infinite engine by leveraging the mana-producing gift granted by Esika, God of the Tree // The Prismatic Bridge. By tapping Grimgrin, Corpse-Born for mana using that shared ability, you generate the exact resource needed to fuel Havengul Lich’s ability, allowing you to repeatedly pull a creature card right back out of your graveyard. Once cast, Molten Echoes steps in to duplicate that entry with a haste-endowed token copy. You can then sacrifice that very token to Grimgrin, Corpse-Born to untap the zombie giant, grow its power with a +1/+1 counter, and keep the entire cycle spinning indefinitely.
