How it works
Activate Honor-Worn Shaku's first ability by tapping it, adding .
Activate Honor-Worn Shaku's last ability by tapping Grimgrin, untapping Honor-Worn Shaku.
Activate Grimgrin by sacrificing the creature castable for one mana, untapping Grimgrin and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
When that creature dies, Gutter Grime triggers, creating a creature token or a token that adds mana.
If you created a creature token, repeat steps 1 and 2 to sacrifice that token and add an additional mana.
If you created a token that adds mana, instead activate that token to add mana.
Activate Havengul Lich by paying 1, allowing you to cast the sacrificed creature from your graveyard this turn.
Cast that creature from your graveyard by paying one mana.
Repeat.
This clever loop centers around Grimgrin, Corpse-Born, who uses his own sacrifice ability to feed into Gutter Grime, ensuring a steady stream of dying creatures that grow the enchantment's slime counters and leave behind new Ooze tokens. To keep the engine running, Havengul Lich steps in to repeatedly cast that sacrificed creature right back out of the graveyard for just a single mana. Meanwhile, Honor-Worn Shaku acts as the mechanical heart of the loop, using Grimgrin to untap itself so you can generate the mana needed to fuel the Lich's recursion indefinitely.
