How it works
Activate Grimgrin's ability from Cryptolith Rite by tapping Grimgrin, adding one mana.
Activate Grimgrin by sacrificing Impulsive Pilferer, untapping Grimgrin and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
When Impulsive Pilferer dies, it triggers, creating a Treasure token.
Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one mana.
Activate Havengul Lich by paying 1, allowing you to cast Impulsive Pilferer from your graveyard this turn.
Cast Impulsive Pilferer from your graveyard by paying its casting cost.
Repeat.
This loop transforms your graveyard into a self-sustaining engine by uniting Havengul Lich with the recurring fodder of Impulsive Pilferer. Thanks to Cryptolith Rite, Grimgrin, Corpse-Born can tap for mana to help fund the Lich's activation, while simultaneously offering a sacrifice outlet that fuels its own growth with +1/+1 counters. Every time the Pilferer is sacrificed, it leaves behind a Treasure token to help pay the mana costs, allowing you to cast the goblin right back out of the graveyard and repeat the cycle indefinitely.
