The Reality Chip

How it works

1. Activate Spawning Pit by sacrificing the nontoken creature.
2. When the creature dies, Mortuary and Pitiless Plunderer trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting the creature from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
5. Resolve the Spawning Pit ability.
6. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one mana of any color.
7. Cast the creature from the top of your library by paying its mana cost
8. Repeat.

This loop creates an endless cycle of sacrifice and rebirth by turning your graveyard into a direct extension of your hand. When you sacrifice a creature to Spawning Pit, Pitiless Plunderer steps in to generate the mana via a Treasure token to fund its return, while Mortuary neatly tucks the creature back onto the top of your library. This is where The Reality Chip becomes the linchpin of the operation; by granting you the ability to cast spells directly from the top of your library, it lets you immediately replay the creature you just sacrificed without ever needing to draw it.
